Navigate to “My Schedule” (Main Menu > Faculty Center > My Schedule).
Click on the “Class Roster” icon located to the left side of the desired class.
Click on the checkbox next to the name of the student or students you wish to email and click “notify selected students” or click “notify all students” to send the entire roster a message.
An email composition screen will appear. Compose your message and then click the “Send Notification” button to send the email.
